Wat Changlom
is one of significant ancient sites in the east of the town. The main monument
of this ancient site is the Ceylonese round shaped chedi. The base of chedi
is encircled with stucco elephant figures which were built only its front
half. In front, there is base of wihara built of brick. In addition, the
base of boundary wall built of brick also remains. |

| According to the 106th Stone Inscription found within this ancient site, it indicates about the meritorious deed to be taken from providing the temple with necessary things or building constructions. It also mentions the names of ruler or persons in the high position: Phor Nom Sai Dam, Phya Si Thephahuraj and Phra Maha Dharma Raja. This stone inscription was made in 1384 during the reign of King Maha Dharma Raja II. | ||
