Kamphaengphet Province

Aged around 15th - 16th centuries (2100 - 2299 B.E.). Its lay-out is in a rectangular shape oriented to the east. There are 2 side enclosures that were built by laterite (the eastern and southern). There are sala, pond and rest-room. The temple is divided in 2 parts, the area whrer Buddha image and housed called “Phutthawat” and the are where the monks’ living quarters called “Sangkhawat” separated by the laterite enclosure. There are many significant constructions in Phuttawat are such as Ubosot (ordinary hall), vihara (viharn) of the reclining Buddha, a round bell shaped chedi and a Mandapa where the sub-during Mara Buddha image situated. Sangkhawat area is in the north of Putthawat, it consists of the residence, sala, pond and toilet. The slate bourdery-stone (Sema stone) also found in this area. It is now present at Kamphaengphet National Museum.

Aged around the 15th – 16th centuries. This temple is located in a tranquil area of the city of Kamphaengphet to the south of the temple of reclining Buddha. Constructed in a rectangular plan, the temple, facing the east, is surrounded by laterite walls in all four directions. The Viharn is at the front, next to that is the principal stupa encircled by 5 stupas. Outside the temple wall is another chedi.

Aged around the 15th – 16th centuries. The plan of the temple is in rectangular, facing the east. The temple is surrounded by laterite wall in three directions; the west part is missing. The main building is the Viharn constructed of laterite. The principal Buddha image is on a pedestal made of laterite. Previously, there was stucco modeling on the pedestal which displayed the features of the Buddha image. This style of Buddha image is prevalent in Kamphaengphet. At the back of the Viharn is the principal bell – shaped stupa with an octagonal pedestal.
